1. Where's Egypt, Libya & Tunisia when their brothers need them
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (05.06.13)
So much for Arab unity. Now that the Tunisians, Egyptians & Libyans have their freedom, they don't care about anyone else. Not even any protests in front of Syrian embassies. Pathetic.
2. But why should they expect the US
Get Real ,   UK   (05.07.13)
to intervene in Syria? It's an Arab League problem. Lesson to be learnt by Israel .. Don't always read Obama's lips.
3. sorry Obama is too busy waging
the mad zionist ,   san francisco   (05.07.13)
war at home on the US against the republicans, millionaires, and the well connected. he's one of the weakest presidents in US history. any president could bully his own people through the bully pulpit. it's how you lead thru America and fight for what's right, or just in America's interests. you know what I find funny. if Israel destroys an arms convoy, the rebels accuse Israel of working for assad, and assad accuses Israel of working with the rebels. so why doesn't anyone accuse Obama of working with assad (meaning Iran of course). it makes sense. the only times Obama seemed to shy away from things is when the green revolution happened. and the Syrian war. and let's not forget his tireless media campaign to keep Israel from striking Iran's Nuclear sites. everyone uses to talk about Cheney and Halliburton in Iraq. everyone is mum on Valerie Jarrett having made numerous trips to Iran in the last few years. and don't just say because shes Iranian.she's the most influential person in this administration. If anything she's the brains for Obama. I know conspiracies, blah blah, but everything I've just said is a fact!
4. I'm sure there will be plenty of work..
Stan Marsh ,   South Park/USA   (05.07.13)
For brick layers for years to come.
5. Do not get involved!! It is a trap.
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (05.07.13)
2 billion other Arabs can help them. Why should our service men die for them? They will end up attacking Israel and USA right after they win the war any way. So why should we speed up that process? You got Arabs with billions in banks. They can fight for Syria on their own. Obama is being wise not to get into that trap.
6. THE SO-CALLED REBELS LED SYRIA BLINDFOLDED INTO THIS HORROR
stude ham   (05.07.13)
this dysfunctional organization is now paying the full price for their stupidity and their dysfunctionality. Israel must stay out of this altogether.
7. What could anyone expect?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.07.13)
There are many competing rebel groups in Syria, each one jockeying for position. They do not work in concert. Some are violently opposed to other rebel factions. What is increasingly clear is that al Qaeda is emerging as the dominant force behind most of the rebel groups. They cannot be allowed to acquire weapons of mass destruction. Israel will act if the United States and NATO do not, of course, but it is important for everyone to keep in mind that Israel is not the principal target; the United States is. But with a president as indecisive and weak as Obama, it is not likely that the United States will take any action. Once again, it will be left to Israel to clean up the mess.
