I would be interested to know what agenda Mr Lauder has set out for another term as WJC chair. Is he planning to continue ignoring the international scandal of the Schlesinger twins in Vienna? As someone who has significant influence in Austria, in both Jewish and political spheres, how can he claim he represents the interests of Jewish people when he has shown no interest in these innocent children being abused so badly by the Vienna Rabbinate and Austrian Justice system? Unless he is prepared to address this, he should stand down immediately from WJC.
