Because It is wery obvious that the Mayority of Syrias Population, the Sunni Muslims dont support You. If You dont Realise this it is bad by with You and the Yours. Arn.Sweden.
2. Best Outcome
LJ ,   Canada   (05.18.13)
Perhaps the best outcome from this civil war is a victorious but severely weakened assad regime.
3. Is He Blind? Cant he see he is Distroying Syria
Sam Sweiry ,   Eastbourne - UK   (05.18.13)
Of course Israel is toblame for all the trouble in Syria - of couse Israel created more than 1.5Million Syrian Refugees - of course Israel killed more than 80,000 Syrians - and what about the Radar distroyed in Damascus - of course Israel to blame too - Shall I go on....
4. Assad is a distinguished sponsor of terrorism himself!
Yael Schlichting ,   currently Munich   (05.18.13)
If he and his daddy would have messed around a little less, they would have less trouble today.
5. Assad, if Israel backed the rebels you would be OUT!
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (05.18.13)
Thank your lucky stars that Israel is staying out of the criminal activities and massacres that you have committed!
6. I thought everyone already knew that!
Edithann ,   USA   (05.18.13)
The object is for turmoil all over...how do you think Jews got into rebel camps? Why did Israel attack Syria? Assad is right, Israel is looking for any excuse to bomb someone anyone!... TATA
7. shame we cant just nuke syria
zionist forever   (05.18.13)
Just think no more Assad, no more rebels who will turn on us eventually and when the peacenicks say give up the Golan to make peace with Syria we say who do we give it to. Ah well nothing wrong with dreaming.
8. "diplomatic efforts to resolve Syrian crisis will be futile"
C   (05.18.13)
there is no doubt that as long as this monsterous butcher has the men and the weapons the help from russia and iran, to murder, torture and destroy syria, all attempts at diplomacy are futile.
9. Assad is not only a genocidal maniac, but also a liar
C   (05.18.13)
israel is not helping the rebels. Israel does not take sides in this horrific sectarian war in Syria.
10. assad, barak, olmert and israel
marv   (05.18.13)
regardless of whether you like syria or not, assad is a tenacious leader of syria who is not going down easily. When barak shot off his mouth that it was a matter of weeks or months and this was 2 years ago, I disagreed. The alawites supported by shia iran and hezbollah know they will be butchered by the sunnis so they are fighting hard. Sadly, assad was so brainwashed by his father, that he is unable to deal straight up with israel and yet for an educated man is taken with all kinds of wild rumours and conspiracies regarding israel which has zero to do with supporting rebels period. of course haaretz hyped politico olmert,a lousy gutless pm if there ever was one, offered the golan via erdogan, another scumbag. Can you imagine assad, hezbollah or the rebels on the shores of the sea gallille-you dumb cowards!! Israel under yaalon and bennett will fight the next battle unlike olmert and barak who either had no idea of how to fight or was so taken by fear that they bother offered outrageous concessions. No one in israel misses olmert , nor do they miss ehud barak, an overrated general whose exploits were wildly exaggerated.

Since when do syirian radars have eyes??? assad is just trying to play his last card, but I don't think he will his project done...
15. Assad..."killing...tens of thousands of people in...minutes"
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (05.19.13)
"He dismissed rebels’ accusations that his forces had used chemical weapons, noting that such weapons “would mean killing thousands or tens of thousands of people in a matter of minutes. Who could hide something like that?”"
16. 1. Israel support rebels ,lies pretend they don't
lydia ,   Brisbane   (05.19.13)
Israel has been serenading the rebels on the border has been caught inside Syria and whisking them off for treatment in Israel Ziv hospital. Now they claim to have set up a 'field hospital' just across the Syrian border. Only a fool would believe Israel would go to such length if they weren't up their eyeballs in the conflict.

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.19.13)
Who says we can't? We can do whatever it takes to protect the State of Israel from its sworn enemies. That's not a dream, honey, that's reality. But don't expect thanks from the rest of the world. That's not going to happen. They'll just breathe a sigh of relief that the tiny State of Israel has pulled their chestnuts out of the coals -- yet again -- while Russia beats its chest in true gorilla style and sends useless warships and the American president sits -- well, lounges -- with his thumb where he usually keeps it. This is getting really, REALLY old.
18. how Israel support Muslim brotherhood? Assad you must be
Daniela   (05.19.13)
very stupid !
19. # 11..Israel did it's usual job so well, and didn't
Edithann ,   USA   (05.20.13)
get any support from anyone...and is worried more now then ever... And it's such a mess, it doesn't know who to support.. But I can tell you one thing..no matter who takes over Syria...Israel will still have to give up the Golan... TATA
20. # 11..Who is Israel to dicate what missiles and arms
Edithann ,   USA   (05.20.13)

Iranian Jew ,   LA   (05.20.13)
Hello TATA Israel may support whoever wins or will get the two idiots fight each other so she only has to fight the successor. Don't you get tired of predicting left and right here? Golan is going nowhere. It is buffered war zone with Syria & that is it. Masalem
23. # 21.. Read the history of Hezbollah...
Edithann ,   USA   (05.20.13)
That's a stupid comment.... Hezbollah is the only protection Lebanon has and they're a part of Lebanon...They are the only protection Lebanon has from Israel. Israel wants control of Lebanon..Lebanon has serious internal problems which Israel is responsible for. and they don't have a military to speak of.. Hezbollah is Lebanon's only defense against Israel's 'water' dreams... TATA
24. # 22..Yes and NO!
Edithann ,   USA   (05.20.13)
Of course Israel will fight who ever finally takes Syria...It's what keeps Israel viable.. .However the Golan will eventually be back in Syrian hands...Do you really think any Arab faction will let Israel keep the Golan?. TATA
25. Cheerleaders for Hezbollah are in for a disappointment
Juha Teuvonnen ,   Boston,MA   (05.22.13)
The honest truth is that neither Hezbollah, nor Syria has the military capability to effectively counter the IDF. There are a couple of reasons why Hezbollah and Assad are still around: 1. Neither has posed enough of a problem for Israel to justify the inevitable casualties in the event of a real war. 2. The West, mostly US and to a limited extent EU so far have been able to influence Israel not to get involved. 3. Israel does not stand to gain anything from either side winning in Syria. Regardless of what side prevails, it will be hostile anyway. If they really start firing missiles at Israel, and cause a noticeable amount of damage, no one will be able to constrain the IDF any more. Neither US, nor EU, nor anybody else for that matter. And when it comes to an all-out war, it is not difficult to predict how it is going to end. If history is any indication, Hezbollah and Syria will be beaten badly. In the end, the shiites might get uprooted from south Lebanon altogether. It's about to get very ugly.
26. 25 Your disappointment with Hezbollah?
lydia ,   Brisbane   (06.07.13)
"Hezbollah and Syria beaten badly". Is your wet dream. Israeli rebels are being cleaned out like rats and Hezbollah has successfully belled the Israeli Cat and force the treacherous ones out into the open. Any shifty move and you'll get clobbered.
