Ballistics tests show that the IDF could not have hit him and his boy. They were at a 30-degree angle from their position, diagnally across the intersection, and Al-Dura was behind a concrete barrier and drum which blocked them completely. If Enderlin wants to be consistent with himself, he should bring the Israeli government to court.
