With all due respect, it is not for Mr. Cameron to say whether it is a betrayal of Islam. Islam's clergy and leaders should be rushing to make that declaration. If they do not, then we would have to assume that it is not a betrayal of Islam. We are waiting to hear...

Does it fall under his duty? Isn't his job the protection and welfare of British citizens? I have a question - two thugs were killing a boy in a broad daylight. 20 or so people were standing, watching and filming. Some had discussions with murderers. One woman even told them - You will never win. Is this the best Britain can do nowadays? Nobody screamed out loud to wake the whole street? Nobody even threw some object at murderers? Nobody tried to defend the victim using physical force? All they could do was filming and talking? Britannia... do you still rule the waves?

Religous clerics almost never condem such acts, they always call upon it and stay mum afterwards .... not only muslim clerics but jewis ones also .... The more evidence that these so called scholars and clerics should be removed from whatever post they have ...

You can't get any dumber or more pathetic than David Cameron. I couldn't draw it up. Britain can't defend itself because it threw its Judeo-Christian values out the window a long, long time ago. Beyond pathetic.

The two terrorists had run down the man, and haxked him to death before anyone else saw what was going on. They had guns, knives and blood dripping off their hands. The locals were not armed, or expecting this sort of thing. Not supprisngly most people were shocked and could not believe what they were seeing. Had any civilian attacked or threw things at the men, they may have been killed next. As it was, a brave lady distacted one terrorist, kept him talking so he didn't go after anyone else, until the police arrived with in minutes and shot both terrorists.

One woman was brave enough to confront them...the rest filming on cell phones. All those people against 2. OK 2 well armed fanatics, but yes something could have been thrown. They wanted to police to kill them..shaheedim... but now they will go to jail and hopefully meet some patriotic Brit cons.

Cameron and other democratic leaders need to re-assess whether Muslims should be allowed into our societies and whether Islam should be allowed in its current form in our neighborhoods! Geert Wilders is right, ban the Koran just like Mein Kampf is banned!

but these two guys had a specific message. I was rather surprised how eloquent one of them was on the available clip given the circumstances. They wanted the message to get across loud and clear.
