If this story is true, then Netanyahu can easily protect IDF soldiers. First, find the Israelis responsible for making the ICC cases against the IDF, strip them of their citizenship, and jail them until someone is willing to accept them. Second, since PA under Fatah abrogated the Oslo accords they no longer exist. Cut all ties with Fatah/PA, remove all privileges, recognize Hamas as legitimate representative of the Arabs, and give them free rein to clean up Fatah.
2. You know what?

They want to play hardball; we can play, too. Annex Judea and Samaria and send their ragged Arab asses packing to Jordan. Teach them that there is no benefit to terrorists attempting to bully Israel. We will bully right back, and much, much harder. We've had enough of their crap. Seven decades' worth is more than enough. And all Jews who were forcibly expelled from their homes in Arab and Moslem states should file lawsuits against the governments of the countries in which they lived. Be sure to include demands for reparations of property, businesses and bank accounts which were illegally appropriated. Plus punitive damages for severe emotional distress and decades of interest. It's nice to know that the ersatz "Palestinian" so-called "refugees" won't be able to do the same. They were VOLUNTARY quits! Of course, the Jewish families who were driven from their homes in Judea and Samaria in 1948 should demand compensation for their losses. Fight fire with fire.
3. The PA is begging to be dismantled
Jake ,   USA   (05.23.13)
Actions like suing at the ICC, leave Israel with no choice but to dismantle the PA. Something that should've happened a long time ago. The stupidity of PA leadership has reached an all-time high.
4. It's War
Legal Beagle ,   Tel Aviv   (05.23.13)
Individual soldiers must not face alone PA harassment by "lawfare." The Israeli government should announce the following policy: Israel regards any arrest by any nation of an IDF soldier or veteran as an act of war against the state of Israel. This phenomena of continuous complaints at the ICC must be dealt with decisively.

rest of the world out of Israel, for Security, I recommend keeping your IDF inside those walls to keep them safe.

What ever happened to that way of thinking? I don't think its to difficult to find some evidence & victims of Palestinian slaughter. Israel has become so afraid of the international Media & public opinion, it's afraid to move and has become a sitting duck & shooting target of the Jew hating world. It's not a pretty sight and not a necessary one, as she can't change her reputation in the eyes of her hateful enemies anyway.

I recommend that you mind your own damned business. No shortage of carnage in Myanmar. Clean your house before you worry about anyone else's.
8. #5 - that's collective punishment

and I thought your ilk were against that.
9. political arrests are hostage taking
bernard ross   (05.24.13)
any arrest can be considered by Israel to be hostage taking and therefore nationals of the arresting nation should be kidnapped in exchange.
10. #2 - a few "simple, practical" questions.
spyguy ,   Seattle   (05.24.13)
How exactly do you propose to "send their ragged Arab asses packing to Jordan?" What are you going to do when Jordan refuses to accept any more refugees? How do you think the people on this small planet will react to your "round up the usual suspects" behavior? Do you think that maybe the wishes of 7 BILLION people will be forcibly imposed on a mere 7 million people? No matter how "important" you may think Israel is, in the grand scheme of things it is miniscule and if it defies the world too much, it will get severely punished and humiliated.

M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (05.24.13)
If you really think 7 billion people give a shit about the Palestinians, you've been listening to the loony lecturers in Seattle for too long. Well over half the world couldn't care less for the Palestinians, starting with the Arab world itself. Of course Israel isn't the "main show", but neither are the Palestinians. Jordan doesn't want them because the last time they allowed Fatah into their country, it tried to take over the country. In fact, NO Arab country wants the Palestinians-- they look upon Palestinians as primitives, suitable only for the dirty and dangerous jobs that their own citizens don't want to do. Now think about it-- what do they know about the Palestinians that you don't?

Well, all West Bank Arabs -- and their progeny -- were granted Jordanian citizenship irrevocably courtesy of Jordan 1954 Citizenship Law. Despite the fact that Jordan has made many attempts to revoke that law, the ICJ in Den Hague has consistently ruled that an irrevocable grant of citizenship is precisely that -- irrevocable. When West Bank Arabs travel, they do so on Jordanian passports. How many countries grant passports to non-citizens? Israel is a sovereign state. It has every right to decree who may be a citizen and who may not. Moreover, Jordan cannot refuse to accept repatriation of its citizens. Go ahead -- "punish and humiliate." Watch what happens, baby. Gosh, you are one seriously uninformed "spy," guy. Jordanian citizens are Jordan's problem. Do you understand? By the way, Israel is the only thing that is keeping the Arabs and Moslems from completely destroying you. Do you understand? Try and force the wishes of your "7 BILLION people" on the sovereign State of Israel. Watch what happens. Gosh, I sure do hope that you have your affairs in order.
