The Western nations MUST change the laws to allow concealed carry weapons by civilians everywhere as a protection from the mass slaughter plans of Islamics against non-Islamics as illlustrated by the Rwandan slaughter of 900,000 Tutsi's by darker skinned Islamic Hutus in 1994 and more recently in Sudan and many other places.
