3. Why don't you go after secular draft dodgers?
RACISTS ,   Haredi Haters   (05.26.13)
Any reason why over 70% secular "elite" may dodge the army while haredim may not?
4. If this story is true
Israeli govt RACISTS   (05.26.13)
you can expect protests all over the country and even in the U.S. in front of the Israeli embassy.
5. Tougher jail sentences for Yashiva boys
Haim ,   TA   (05.26.13)
2-3 months is a joke, he should get 2-3 years. " Time to draft all these parasites who use religion as an exscuse not to serve.
6. Likud Joins Opposition to Enlistment Plan
(05.26.13)
Likud claims that the plan does not constitute equality in sharing the burden of enlistment, but is “a bluff.” "This is a hoax, it is an anti-hareidi campaign and not a campaign for equality in military service. Equality in service means equality for everyone, and that has to include the Arab populace,” Levin added. “There, too, one needs to differentiate. The enlistment of Christian Arabs into the army needs to be examined. They are interested in this. “There is disagreement over another matter – the lengthening of military service for Hesder yeshiva students,” he said. “This is a clear deviation from the coalition agreements.”
7. Likud opposed to enlistment
(05.26.13)
because the plan does not constitute equality in sharing the burden of enlistment, but is “a bluff.” This is a hoax, it is an anti-hareidi campaign and not a campaign for equality in military service. Equality in service means equality for everyone, and that has to include the Arab populace, Levin said.

Ahem. 'battalion' thank you very much.
10. USELESS DRAFT BILL
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (05.26.13)
Once again we see the waste of time in politics , putting the draft age at 21 for haredim, making the public believe they will serve. Most of them are married by that time and will not join the IDF. Equal burden means equal burden, so the draft age should be at 18 no exemptions. What should be equal is anyone refusing to serve will get no benefits period, no bituach leumi, no child support and so on. There are many things that need change in our state, but as long as one lives here , one should share the burden. and not put it on the shoulders of people who are willing to make the sacrifice.
11. One need remind the Haradi that their great grandparents
Al   (05.26.13)
who perished in Auschwitz would be ashamed of them and the so called Rebbes of today. MY kids great grandparents all perished in Auschwitz and Treblinka. My kids served and one of them is serving today in the tank corps as a tank commander. They are both super frum. I on the other hand couldn't care less about the religion. Interesting. The non serving Haradi are useless fools. They are no better than the other useless idiots be they secular, frum or whatever. The message is very simple. If you don't want to protect yourself against the enemy, well than don't cry when your familes, etc get slaughtered by suicide killers. The Arabs kill their own in a heartbeat, What the hell are they going to do to you?
12. Why not draft Arab boys too?
Ari ,   USA   (05.31.13)
Are the Arabs less eager to fight for support of a Jewish state than the Hasidim are?
