There are hundreds of processed products labeled as kosher that contain MSG, apartame, and other synthetic preservatives such as benzoic acids and ethyl. These agents ARE the leading cause of allergies and other ailments. I think it's time to evaluate our kashrut laws. An oyster that is a natural product of earth and packed with vitamin D and protein is a big no-no yet injecting us with carcinogens is supposedly approved by G*d. Where is the logic?

its all about money and market share of the various kashrut certificates.Its a shame. Corruption,double and triple invoicing for kashrut inspections etc. etc make products kosher and expensive. companies pay and believing consumers are paying for this scam. Solutuion is clear and simply: Only one Kashrut ,worldwide! under supervision of the health authorities.
