With the classic Regime Double Speak So whilst they pronounce they would never use nuclear weapons Hezbollah say they would be the first to use them...in Europe So whilst they pronounce they would never use nuclear weapons they stay cagey about the massive enrichment programme and the unprecedented spending now approaching 20% of GDP So whilst they pronounce they would never use nuclear weapons their military boast about using them as 'bargaining tools' or 'weapons of mass capitulation' to annexe Bahrein, South Iraq, Syria, North Jordan and Lebanon 'peacefully at a stroke So whilst they pronounce they would never use nuclear weapons they enhance 'technical and scientific cash for technology cooperation' with North Korea Sadly we are approaching the brink with no prospect of agreement....with the Regime still believing they can call the worlds bluff Masters of brinkmanship or Masters of their own destruction?
