1. These are terrifying pictures of young
Objective   (06.05.13)
Norwegians whose lives were forever marked and who will have to put up with their tragedy for the rest of their days. I can only wish them and their families to ease up their minds and to try to get back to normal life. On the other hand, this will definitely prove all the Norwegians what terror is about and the monstrosity terror can bring about in our everyday lives. Maybe, who knows, many liberal-left-socialist-politically-correct Norwegians will start to re-think their utterly ridiculous stance on the Palestinians and Islamic terror and begin a more objective look upon life and terror in the world (mainly Islamic one).
2. Tell Me why I should Feel Sorry
Bill Stein ,   USA   (06.05.13)
They hated Israel were at a camp discussing anti Israel actions why should I feel sorry for them.
3. This work is so important!
Veronique ,   Rehovot, Israel   (06.05.13)
This work is so important. It shows how people who went through a terrorist act and stayed alive are surviving this atrocious act and what scars they carry their whole lives. We always talk about the people who were killed and we are relieved to hear that some people "made it" but to show what happens to them after is very important too. And to see how they survive and what they bring to society afterwards is the best revenge on the horrible act!
4. May god bless them and give them strength to continue..
Jew1 ,   Ashdod   (06.05.13)
5. There is something unbelievably cruel
Dani   (06.05.13)
in the event that has forever changed the lives of so many young, naive, and innocent Norwegians as they calmly sat discussing how for their vision of justice, a state has to disappear and 7 mln people have to just "go away". Sadly, those horrendous injuries will not teach them, if anything they will be even more radical wishing their vision of justice for those they percieve as underdogs.
6. Newspaper never did show any pictures
Beary White ,   Norway   (06.05.13)
..of israelis, young or old, who were hurt or mutilted by islamic terror, rockets and attacks through the years. Neither the great intensive rehabilitation work to help these isreli victims were ever mentioned in the leftist newspapers. Sure, Gjestvang, has done her work very well in this project, also supported economicall from the Foreign Department, just in time to be used in the election- campaign for the leftist government. Coincidence to be sure people never will forget the Labour Party was the victim of the crazy ABB.?? Sure a lot of votes is drawn out of this Gjestvang exhibition. Then, of course I feel sorry for the victims of ABBs terror. But AP was using that tragic incident all day around in the state-controlled media for one year. I guess there will be an exhibition closer to the election days?

You should feel sorry probably because you're not a jerk and a narcissist, but I guess it's too much to expect. Those traits are expressed strongly in Israel, but I guess some of our Jewish brethren in the Diaspora can also fall victim to them.
8. #2 they are victims
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (06.05.13)
Don't let justifiable anger damage you: these are children damaged by their parents. The children did not choose to be born to extreme-Left Jew-hating parents who thought that it was a good idea to send them to a brainwashing camp. The interesting questions is whether the parents now blame Jews for what they themselves did to the children.

On the one hand I understand where you're coming from. On the other hand, IMO, so many people who do not live here know only what the media feeds them. We know that most of the media is biased against Israel; they don't have anything to compare it to. It is terrible to see young people hurt and maimed. I wish these young people health and to be able to overcome this.
10. #2 The answer is very simple
Yaniv ,   Israel   (06.05.13)
Many people are leftist when they're young (I was) and change their views later in life. It's sad that many of them didn't have a chance to grow up and change their views about Israel.
11. Nr 8 and 10. I Agree to Your Talkbacks.
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (06.05.13)
Anders Breivik was an Norwegian Nationalist, who intended to Punish the Norwegian Leftwing Politicians for Destroying Norwey by Multiculurism in letting in Islamists. His intention was to Crush the Norwegian Leftwing Government, and afterwards shot the older and Former Leftwing Politicians guilty of the above. When He did not find them, He desided for Utöya, to shot the Leftwing Youts, considering them to become as the Grown upp Leftwing Politicians. He was also prepered to take the Death Penalty for His actions. In short. Arn.Sweden.
12. understandings
tiki ,   belgium   (06.05.13)
Maybe now, they, their families & friends can relate more to what the terror of their Palestinian friends did to innocent Israeli's.........but I have my doubts, sorry.
13. why feel sorry
Sasha ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (06.05.13)
I don't care if they were anti-Israel or not. You can deeply disagree with someone, but to kill a human being only because you disagree with that person's political view is pure fascism. Breivik and the muslim terrorists are two faces of the darkest part of human soul. As people who unfortunately know so well what's terror, we Israelis should all consider these Norwegian youths as our brethren.
14. Why We All Should Feel Sorry
Odd ,   Norway   (06.06.13)
This is true. I have a feeling some people try to paint these youths as enemies just because of their political views. I have been at the camp in 2008, and there was no discussion about Israel at all! Different political groups and organizations where there. As an example: I met both "No, to the EU" and "European youths" there. I'm sure it might have been people from organizations that wanted Palestine to be recognized as a country, and there might have been people who thinks they shouldn't be recognized as a country. Preaching hate speeches and hate against other countries, religions and cultures would get an organization banned from the island. The whole idea is to teach youths and children to talk politics, while understanding that people have different opinions and to tolerate others opinions. I think Bill Stein would profit from being there as a youth, then he would probably understand why it's not okay that people he disagree with gets murdered. Someone lost their girlfriend, their boyfriend, their child, one of their parents, friends, sister and/or brother some never got to experience their first love, having children of their own, being adults, the chance to follow their dreams, but that's okay since some of them had a different opinion than me. That is what Bill Stein says. Not in those words, of course, but this is the reality of his words. Maybe ha doesn't comprehend what an horrible act it is to kill another human being.

If I were you I'd take a peek at what poster no. 14 has to say, and then hide in shame for that utterly, utterly disgusting and indecent remark you made. It disqualifies you as a person. Well done, dufus.
