The seeking party started a rukus in the court that geopardised the process. Perhaps it was a bitter pill to swallow what he said. But he wasn't trying to diminish suffering of abused. First of all, to make the comment that you just made is even more disgusting than what the judge did. Secondly what the judge did, at least in his mind, was make a joke about some women during regular sex, not rape, he was trying to be funny, he was not actually suggesting that some women do really want to be "raped". Now that being said, he should be fired instantly because he is an absolute moron to try and make a joke in a situation where the trial itself is about the brutal rape of a poor girl when she was 13 years old. What he said in that situation is completely despicable and he deserves what he gets, but I don't think he actually thinks that anyone deserves or wants to be raped, he was trying to crack a joke in an environment where there is no room for jokes or cracks like that.
