Just as normal citizens can perform certain actions - such as taking part in demonstrations - these activities are not permitted for soldiers in the IDF. The publishing of semi-nude pictures, male or female - are actions that must not be performed while on active duty imo. Respect for the IDF as a whole depends entirely on respect for each individual member of the IDF. It is our responsibility to remember this and to remind our children and grandchildren of that simple fact.

What will an angry teenager do to Palestinians trying to go to work, school, hospital on a checkpoint? Thats the important questions. Come on.... 18 year olds at college get up to all sorts of mischief, our kids are 18 and serving in the military, not like USA kids who go to College. Just like College students misbehave as they are teens, so do our soldiers - give them a break - the stress in the military is hard enough....

Or female circumcision? Or beheadings? Rape for religion?

Time to have a respectful mens only army , what do you expect when their is a mix. The army is aesy access especially as abortion is permissable. Responsibility is removed from from the considerations. This is what the Rabbis over the ages have complained about and fear.

I don't care if you find these pictures unacceptable. These are our children, and they defend us (me & you), with their lives, livelihood and sanity. They blew off some steam. The stress sustained by our soldiers and their youth define that these antics will occur, from time to time. It happened, nobody was hurt, and it is time to move on. God Bless our Soldiers. I thank you for your bravery everyday, and have NOTHING but praise. You are in my prayers. You get nothing but support from me.

Very true. These kids give up 1.1/2 years (females) 3 years (males) of their young lives to defend & protect us, Israeli citizens. Because of all our soldiers, we are able to sleep peacefully at night. To all the bashers here who have commented, time for you all to know that we, love, respect & appreciate ALL our soldiers. May G*d watch over & protect the lives of each & every single soldier in Israel. Am Israel Chai.
