Hezbollah have been kidnapping soldiers, committing acts of terror and provoking Israel into wars for decades and the arabs never had a word of condemnation. Arab Hezbollah are now taking sides in an arab civil war where its arab v arab and now the group is a cancer. With any luck this civil war in Syria will last for a long time to come and it will spread to Lebanon and by the time nobody in the north will be able to harm Israel because all they want to do is kill each other.

Both newspapers are owned by wealthy Saudis ( the Lebanese daily " Al- Hayat ", once owned by the late " Kamel Mroweh " - assassinated in 1964 - , got acquired by a rich Saudi during the Lebanese civil war 1975-1990 ) . And it is not surprising to see Saudis react in a hallucinating way regarding Hizbullah's decisive role in beating the demaguoges in Quseir city in Syria and tipping the scale in favor of the Syrian regime . Ever since its inception in the Arabian peninsula right after W W I the Saudi despotic monarchical regime has been the principal bastion of Arab reaction and ultra-conservatism in service of western imperialism ( G. Britain and America ). The role of the terribly-corrupt Saudi royal family, as assigned to it by its western masters , has been the total opposition to the spread of Arab nationalism in the 20th century (exemplified by the late Gamal Abdel Nasser of Egypt) as well as to the spread of Soviet influence . Saudi Arabia has also all the time played a secondary but indirect role in protecting Israel against Arab threat . And all that just for the sake of maintaining their rotten monarchy and for keeping Jewish ambition from claiming several cities in Arabia , most notably " Khyber " and " Medina " ( Yathreb ) where Jewish tribes were living when Mohamed was born in 570 A.D. However , no matter what attempts they try in order to hang on the Saudi royal family will not succeed in defying the laws of history and eventually they will find themselves on the same path of the late Shah of Iran whom the people ousted in 1979 and who was equally totally abandoned by the USA which he served for long as " guardian of the gulf region " . It is the turn of Saudi monarchy that will come . Hizbullah will indeed prevail .

No doubt a declaration of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization by the courageous Europeans is soon to come. The marginalization of Hezbollah by the Sunni Ummah would have no influence on such a decision.

I agree with most of what you had to say and am with you in spirit, even though I may be Christian. One item this article omitted, however: It's not Hezbollah that is the cancer; rather, it is the cure for the Zionist "state", which is the cancer that needs to be excised.

That Hezbollah are simply a Military Wing of the RG in Iran who have taken over almost half of Free Lebanon And dear Lebanon is not careful it could find itself sleep walking into a Hezbollah takeover of the whole of Lebanon because that's exactly what Hezbollah in the last few days have made clear - If attacks continue in Lebanon as 'Protectors of Lebanon' they WILL impose Marsall Law over the whole of country and drive out or convert all Druze Sunnis and Christians And as usual all that seems to go over the head of the Michel Aoun

Shia muslims are less than 30% of Lebanon's 4 million inhabitants, and amount some 1.2 million people. With such a small demographic background, the loss of some thousands dead or maimed fighters in Syria will need a full generation to be replaced. Unless they fight Israel in their wheelchairs.
