It is Israel's inherent right to build. If Arabs really want peace they must realize and recognize that Jordan is the key to the solution not stopping constructions which is only an excuse. Israel should annex Area C immediately and Areas A and B can form a confederation with Jordan. They can call it Palestine if they wish. Any other solution will not work unless Arabs improve their culture, attitude, etc... to become acceptable. Who know maybe at some point in the future Israel will form a federation or some kind of special arrangement with Jordanians/Palestinians and the whole area of what is not Israel Judea and Samaria and Jordan will become accecible to both Jewish and them.

They have been successful as I find no record of a non-jordanian palestinian state after the english left. All written history suggests arabs moved in after stealing the land from Rome who stole it form Israel who stole it from the canaanites. They even went so far as to have archaeology back them up. Clearly a conspiracy. Rome made a deal with the Philistines who never lived on the west bank, their very name, peleste literally meaning foreigner, suggesting they are european not arab, hence their alliances and pantheon of greek gods.
