1. Another Barking Dog
Abdel Karim Salim ,   Jerusalem   (06.15.13)
That's the most recent but least expected dog to bark against Syria and echo his master the US . We have already lost all respect for Egypt under its "Camp David " regime the moment those latter-day Pharaohs recognized Israel and turned their backs to the Palestinians . And certainly the ongoing relations between Gaza Strip and Egypt are nothing but temporary and sour marriage of convenience .
2. Morsi
Get Real ,   UK   (06.15.13)
Cynics might wonder if there is any connection here with US aid to Egypt. But better that Hezbollah keep busy in Syria rather than in Lebanon.
3. Mohammed Morsi
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (06.16.13)
You want a no-fly zone? Go on and enforce it yourself.
4. US $1bil bought and paid for Mursi
lydia ,   Brisbane   (06.16.13)
Mursi should have held out for more to come out in support of Rebels, Cannibals and Criminals. Mubarak had clocked up $30bil to turn his back on the Palestinians.
5. To the bitter palastinians
Mina ,   Cairo. Egypt   (06.16.13)
Why are you do mad about Egypt recognised Israel 30 YEARS AGO. Go fix your own problem yourselves as no other Arab country can or will help you. You might accept half what you ask Israel for or wait like that forever.

Well said !! Time for Mad dog Morsi to put his (U.S.) money where his mouth is !! I would encourage the NZ government to contribute except we don't have an air force !!

well, the egyptians at least know what is good for them. and no, it is not only egypt that turned their backs on the pals, enslaved them in refugee camps, refused to absorb them, refused to give them citizenship and refused for them to work, live freely, get free education and free medical care and jobs in any arab country. it is all the arab leaders combined that relegated the palestinians to refugee camps where they used them to the last one in terror missions against israel, but not once helped any of them humanely at all. the pals are the arab leaders pawn against israel and you know it. israel absorbed almost 900,000 jewish refugees persecuted, killed and eventually stolen from and kicked out of all arab lands, hundreds thousands of them, almost one million, ,much more than the palestinian refugee number...yet, israel absorbed them ALL AND GAVE THEM CITIZENSHIP, THE RIGHT TO LIFE AND PROSPERITY, A NEW LIFE FREE OF ISLAMIC PERSECUTION AND OPPRESSION AND NEVER USED THEM OR PUT THEM IN REFUGEE CAMPS. 60% of israelis today are the descendants of these jews kicked out of arab lands. why couldn;t the arab nations do what israel did? you know why? because they hate israel and jews so much that no matter who they have, they will always use them for terror against israel. your arab leaders have blood soaked hands in deaths, in terrorism, in using the pals and their children and innocents in their wars against israel and are still the only nations who have given almost zero aid in money to the pals. amazing!

recognition of israel and making peace with israel is not betraying the pals. it was done because at least two arab countries; egypt and jordan, knew that it is never possible to defeat israel militarily, so they used the pals as cannon fodder.

tehran and the mullahs? Is this about sunni vers shi'a? erDOGan should look through his security tapes of protests, do you see persians fomenting and throwing stones and firebombs?
11. Egypt cut relations wifh Syria
Richard Provencher ,   Truro, Canada   (06.16.13)
Good for the Egyptian President. The Muslim world must join with the West in stopping a human crisis worse than the one in Rwanda. Hezbollah mercenaries must leave and also disarm and leave Lebanon.

13. Now to follow up
Get Real ,   UK   (06.17.13)
#5 Well put; and now is the time for Morsi also to speak out and condemn Hamas for its policies and terror. He should encourage all the Palestinians to reject Hamas terror and to reach agreement with Israel rather than seek its destruction.
