Sounds like one more case of the courts spitting on those who protect us

The Navy Seals should be suing the IDF not the chemical plants or the Haifa Municipality. It is outright stupidity and insanity to deliberately expose divers to those cancer causing chemicals in that putrid river. How STOOPID can their commanders have been to have told them to dive into that crap without hazardous chemical protective gear? They have to also take responsibility for accepting such stupid orders. I would spit in the face of the commanders that would order me to deliberately destroy my health in the name of realistic training. I would sit in a military prison and leave the military in disgust. Sometimes our military really disappoints me. Cutting corners, corruption, theft, carelessness, neglect, accidental deaths, so on. I admire our brave fighters, the IDF beauracracy leaves much to be desired. Many good men leave the country because our military is careless with them.

Pleanty of bad lawyers here. And while i really feel bad for the soldiers and their families, the judge needs real PROOF. He can't just give judgements because he believes it to be true (I believe it to be very likely) Otherwise he wouldn't be much of a judge and you'd all be winging about the poor quality of Israeli judges.
