I'd use it to carbonate juices. Don't want to pay for the crappy sugar syrup that goes with it "free." Stop packaging the syrup with it and I'll probably buy a unit.

I've been trying to buy one but they fly off the shelves. Kitchenaid has great colors so it's worth waiting for.
