A thousand curses on you and yours. May your flesh melt off your miserable bones. May your eyes fall out of their sockets, may you die a miserable lonely death. May maggots eat your rotting corpse. May you suffer several tragedies before you die.... May your enemies overtake you. Cursed may you be and your entire house.

First of all, it's the Soviet Army that saved the ones who remained to be saved at Aushwitz, not the American Army. Second of all, the US supported Israel only after the 1967 victory, when it became clear that Israel was strong in the M-E and could be an asset for the US. Since then, the US supported Israel for its own interests. It happen that Israel and the US shared a same interest but it may not last too long with the decline of the US and the emergence of the asian big players : India, China, etc. Enough americans write here that the US will not sacrifice itself for the sake of Israel, and we tell you the converse.

Where do we get the money to maintain an advanced army if we do not get military aid considering Israel is not a rich country? We will have two options 1) Drastically raise taxes to pay for everything ourselves. 2) Don't raise taxes and don't get the army all the expensive modern equipment because we don't have enough money to buy it. Without military aid the military today would probably be using hardware thats about 2 generations behind whats on the market right now. How do we compete with our neighbors who are richer and can afford to buy equipment without aid or the ones who get military aid and will continue to do so long after we chose to pull out the system. Prior to 1967 Israel was a second rate military power and it was good tactics that won the day not having a superior military edge and if you want to win wars you cannot rely on tactics alone you need hardware and if you want hardware you need money which we do not have. These are the unpleasant realities

Is there any doubt in your mind that the instant the State of Israel stops paying attention to collateral damage (i.e., civilian deaths), Gaza and Lebanon would cease to exist? And isn't that precisely what NATO did in Afghanistan and Iraq, resulting in the deaths of several million civilians? Thanks for setting a precedent. In any event, please do not confuse the State of Israel with Somalia. Do you remember what happened to the United States there? Let me remind you: your invincible ship of state got sunk by a handful of barefoot warlords using vintage World War I Garand rifles and a handful of rusty old RPG launchers. The State of Israel MAKES the waves, Cameron. They do not pull us under. Should that ever change, please rest assured that we will take a considerable portion of the planet with us and render what's left uninhabitable for the next one hundred thousand years. If we cannot be; neither can anyone else. It's really all that simple.

If we don't get to live neither will anybody else on this planet. We will go Samson on all of your sorry asses if you do not back off. Huuuh Yeah, Hoorah..

Israel needs to cut the umbilical cord to the extent possible and stop her reliance on the us. the obama presidency has shown us that a single president can stop Israel's decision makers from acting in what is best for Israel.

Maybe you are correct. We are sick & tired of hearing (from Americans) how ungrateful we are for their aid money. Nothing in life is free & everything has a price!

": tell that to more than a 100 nations on this earth that have diplomatic relations with Israel. Israel has an ever growing diplomatic and economic relationship with the rest of the world " Wow Alex, for a moment I thought you were Sarah B USA/Israel! Sorry! But anyway, you may be right however the only serious country that votes in favour and in accordance with Israeli wishes is the US. I don't think Palau or Micronesia carry much weight anywhere. Maybe you should send some kind of memo to AIPAC that it's okay for them to stop interfering with the legislative process in the US. All that effort and bad press is for naught. Better apply those resources to ramp up the HASBARA machine in the ROW
