Egyptian protesters who demanded the ouster of Mubarak said that they wanted Freedom and Democracy. Obama and Hillary Clinton supported the ouster of Mubarak and the ascendancy of the Muslim Brotherhood to power, claiming that they did so to bring Freedom and Democracy to Egypt. Instead, the ouster of Mubarak and the ascendancy of the Muslim Brotherhood brought exactly what the Muslim Brotherhood had promised, rule by the Shariah, the antithesis of Freedom and Democracy. And, the Muslim Brotherhood is suppressing the protesters who are still demanding Freedom and Democracy, but Obama and Hillary Clinton are ignoring them. Obviously, their goal was not to bring Freedom and Democracy to Egypt, it was to bring the Muslim Brotherhood to power.
