So I think before we just accept the interpretation of these events we let the police, insurance investigators and the courts if nessecary do their work. Moreover, the agreement has been totally invalid for decades. When 5 Arab armies invaded Israel in 1948 to destroy Israel, ALL past agreements between Israel and the local Arabs were rendered invalid. That was well over six decades ago!

The law passed in 1925. The point is merely that Palestinian citizenship existed prior to the creation of modern Israeli citizenship.
