1. Cowardly Israeli leaders foster vigilante justice.
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.20.13)
Vigilante justice is never a good thing. However, cowardly Israeli leaders, who fail to enforce the rights of the Jewish people, foster vigilante justice. When people know they will never get justice from their government; they have no choice but to take the law into their own hands.
2. Where are the reports
Jane's   (06.20.13)
about the attempted lynchings of 3 Jews in East Jerusalem 2 days ago? And dozens of serious bodily harm done to innocent Jews on both sides of the so-called "green lines"? Not interesting biased *cum?

Justice in this case is the tracking down of the terrorists that set the fire, arresting them and indicting them in a court of justice.
4. TORCHING OF SHED
Eiygoldart ,   Minnesota USA   (06.20.13)
Jews are always subjected to antisemitic acts & we always take it in stride because we are Jews. However, we retaliate in a refined way through diplomatic means or file a complaint with the authorities where the anti-Semitic act took place to catch those who commit ant Semitic acts. It is in poor judgement when a jewish person brings himself to this low level of doing the same to someone who hates us since a Jew is suppose to be on a higher level then the person who torched the arab shed. This is also disgusting & it makes Jewish people look bad. Were they really Jewish settlers as B'Tselem claims? B'Tselem can not be trusted on their reporting.
5. #1 BG was right afterall

67 years later your scary and wild west (bank) remarks prove how right BG was to sink the Altelena and put right wing militias out of business.

I see hooded men setting a fire and running away. . I am told in the article, based on accusations made by unamed Arab residents of the town with no other proof offered,, that these are Israelis and that the shed burned.. It may be true. However, there's been a track record of these kind of accusations being used to cover interal polictics, insurance fraud and inter-clan fights. So I think before we just accept the interpretation of these events we let the police, insurance investigators and the courts if nessecary do their work. Question: Is Ynet going to feature it just as prominently if it turns out it ISN'T settlers but some other explanation. as it has been in the past? Or is it going to go ignored or buried if there's another explanation that doesn't fit the narrative?
8. #1 Cowardly terrorists
On the Balcony ,   Akko/NY/Kyiv   (06.21.13)
If the article is accurate and those are Jewish terrorists then we should treat them as we do any other terrorist. Describing them as vigilantes or justice seekers is absurd. p.s. Chaim, you still have not explained why Article 7 of the mandate affords "Palestinian Citizenship" to Jewish immigrants.
9. #8. Article 7 does NOT say what you claim & is invalid.
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.21.13)
#8. Article 7 of the 1918 Agreement between Emir Hussseini and Dr. Chaim Weitzman mentioned an "Arab State". However, it made no mention of "Palestinian Citizenship" at all. Moreover, the agreement has been totally invalid for decades. When 5 Arab armies invaded Israel in 1948 to destroy Israel, ALL past agreements between Israel and the local Arabs were rendered invalid. That was well over six decades ago!
10. #9 Art. 7 of the Mandate for Palestine Silly!!
On the Balcony ,   Akko/NY/Kyiv   (06.22.13)
Chaim, why in the world are you bringing up a 1918 agreement between Husseini and Weitzman when I specifically refer to the MANDATE for Palestine passed by the League of Nations??? Confused? Or a little more misdirection ? Here, I'll help you; Art7 of the Mandate approved by the League of Nations states in its entirety that: "The Administration of Palestine shall be responsible for enacting a nationality law. There shall be included in this law provisions framed so as to facilitate the acquisition of Palestinian citizenship by Jews who take up their permanent residence in Palestine." The law passed in 1925. The point is merely that Palestinian citizenship existed prior to the creation of modern Israeli citizenship. It is a response to your numerous de-legitimizing attacks on Palestinian Arabs’ right to their own citizenship and the land that goes with it.
