I never liked Barbra Streisand as either a singer or an actress. And she was not only NOT a supporter of Israel down the years, she actively spoke out against Israel. So how come she's changed her views and everyone is falling over her singing Hatikva and gushing over her professed support for us?

She hasn't been in Israel 30 years and was always a yenta spieler nothing more nothing less. Its the end of the road for this yenta and she knows damn well that she will end up in a Jewish gravesite so she might as well try to redeem herself. She lived like a goy ate like a goy and lived with a goy. If she is what we are supposed to shep nachas from, then nachas is laches. The nachas we are supposed to have if from the young people who stand on guard 24/7 protecting the country. Lets salute them and make sure they are properly fed clothed and when they leave the army, they are given the opportunity to make their way in Israeli society. They are our heroes.

I saw and heard Streisand sing when she was 19 years old at the Bon Soir Club in New York City. She was great then. You knew she was destined for fame.

For all of her shortcomings she has a sweet Yidishe punim that you just can't hate. I loved the parody they did of her on Southpark. Mecha Streisand. She will do tshuva, she has a Jewish soul, she knows time is short, that is why she finally came back to Israel for awhile.

I am worried for all of you, I fear for all of you, and I do care for all of you. You are letting history repeat and you do not even understand how terribly dangerous it is what you have done. For all that you have contributed to America you will no longer be thanked or accepted. What a great voice. A WOMAN IN LOVE was my favorite till I heard on youtube a religious Hebrew song AVINU MALKENU. Did not understand the words, but loved the song.

If I dislike the woman because I dislike her politics why would I support anything she does? It would be like saying, Stalin was a vicious murderer, hated jews, hated everyone, killed for no reason, but what a nice voice he had. Loved his last album....doesn't that sound really stupid?
