How can anybody have an appetite when visiting Auschwitz ?

Barbara, the concept is not about having an appetite - the concept is a wonderful idea, to offer both Jewish and Gentile visitors, not only a place to dine, but a KOSHER place as well! Here they can rest and reflect on their visit to that most terrible of places. Please allow for some intelligence and restraint on the part of the cafe developers, in that a "bar/cafe or nightclub" would never sully the hallowed memories of our brethren. And why not consecrate the memory of Mr. Kluger, and his last Jewish household in Auschwitz?
