There is also a reaction from Tekoa national religious Rabbis in Israël. About Rav Obadia, who used to be moderate in his halachic rulings, I guess many are afraid to confront him which is , of course wrong. By the ways, the latest news from Antwerp are that the Satmar are going to manifestate in front of the European parliament and that Machsike hadat Rabbis issued an appeal to pray against the current program of the Israeli government

Not seen much of this reaction . Not seen much condemnations of charedi violence by religious leaders . Regarding "machsike hadass' [ as they call themselve ] no wonder that they oppose the current program , they are charedim too .

I'm not interested in "monopolising" this site in discussions with you , and explaining you everything . You compare elected people with rabbanim . A big difference . Politicians , as long as their party has NO absolute majority , can't always hold ALL their promises . In a coalition you must give in to other parties . Politiciams never claimed to be of a "higher standard" as religious do . And , charedi politicians didn't hold their promises either [ some were even rabbanim too i think ]
