There are international laws Israel has to abide to even for plitim. If you expect these plitim to abid by Israeli immigration laws then you also must expect Israel to respect international human rights laws

Its not a human right to have a trial as soon as you arrive. The law says they can be detained without trial for up to 3 years not indefinitely. There are about 70,000+ of these people all with individual cases to be looked at, we cannot just put them all on trial at the same time and we cannot say let them roam free until their trial date when it will be decided if they will be deported or not. This is the only practical solution.
