2. Prayers for the peace of Egypt.
Adam Neira ,   Planet Earth   (06.30.13)
No one should be wishing ill will on the nation of Egypt right now. There is great hope for the good people of the country. An "implosion", as you put it, is far from a foregone conclusion. So much of the world right now is what we make of it. The "self-fulfiling prophecy" dynamic is relevant here. Prayers for Egypt in the coming hours and days.
3. Just keep it on your turf, masris
Dror ,   Haifai, Israel   (06.30.13)
There will not be any spillover to our borders.. This is a perfect opportunity to return the Eritreans and the Sudanese to Egypt.

Robert ,   New Jersey, USA   (06.30.13)
Egyptians are deluded if they think a peaceful protest will unseat a dictator. Morsi was elected. So are most dictators. His true colors will soon show. Dictators do not yield power so easily. And don't expect the US to support the moderates assembling to demand Morsi's ouster. It was obama who aided and abetted the Muslim takeover of Egypt, If anything obama will send weapons support to Morsi. Obama is a Muslim committed to the Islamic Caliphate. He will not allow Egypt to return to a secular country.

9. THEY VOTED FOR THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD
stude ham   (06.30.13)
why are they complaining now? the fools. they were fooled by the slogan of 'arab spring' and never bothered to look into the consequences of their actions. now they want to reverse the irreversible... and where will it get them? probably into the bloodiest tragedy of their history... as now unfolding in Syria. what idiots!
10. Obamas miscalculation and embracement of MB..
Beary White ,   Norway   (06.30.13)
will soon be forgotten ??? His Chairo-speech which gave the islamic world an unlimited heavenly uplift in spite of the violent and death therein, must never be forgotten. Then, it could actually be the beginning of the end for an islamic president...
11. Give them more beer
Ezra ,   San Diego   (07.01.13)
Give them more opportunities to drink beer, and they'll be happy. Comfort your people Morsi.

There can be little doubt that the left in USA allowed Barak Obama to carry out outrageous revolution on global scale He achieved irreparable damage to USA influence, destroyed its economy and destabilised the whole Region in the Middle East Anne Patterson US ambassador to Egypt now a focus of hate against Obama, starts his fall from grace Nations Damn Obama , a man of war and hatred
14. To: Robert at No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (07.01.13)
I agree with most of what you have written, except for one thing. Morsi does not control the military. Oh, he's done something along the lines of a Stalinist purge, but what the military does is his greatest fear. For good reason. Popular elections will not unseat Morsi. The military will. Probably fairly soon.
15. so, hussein in the white house

18. Equal Rights Now!
Kathy M. ,   Paris, TX   (07.01.13)
While our President is in Africa, he should return to Cairo University to demand Equal Rights for the Christians and Jews of Egypt and their proxy state, Gaza.
19. How does an Islamic relief chard advertise on YNET?
Brett L ,   London UK   (07.01.13)
20. Sarah hit the bulls eye!
Koose E Mack ,   NY US   (07.01.13)
Morsi fears the military; especially the generals he forced out. If they should make a come back, his touchas will be boiled in oil. On the other hand, a military dictatorship isn't what the Egyptian people want either. Let's hope that if the military takes power, it will pave the way for something better.
21. # 4 Robert he may not have a choice
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!! ,   United States   (07.02.13)
Morsi tries to ignore the people but, the army?? Looks like time's about up, who walks away alive and the winner? Not Morsi.
