I assume the author is referring to Moshe Katsav, who was convicted solely on testimony and no forensic evidence. He should not have been convicted. Jaber on the other hand, was convicted with DNA evidence. If "A" was truely raped by Katsav, then she should have gone straight to the hospital and had a rape kit performed.
