Even a child guessed this end for Egypt. Mubarak was a friend to America. He was also modern and was controlling this animal like behaviour of his population. There was law and order in Egypt. There was bread on table in Egypt. Obama supported wrong side. Stabbed in the back of his friend. He does not have a clue about middle east. He created a mess with the middle east which is already messed up enough. He did the same mistake with Libya also. The man is ready to support islamic Mursy and Erdogan but not democracy. The situation would be the same no matter who the president of the US is. Exactly what could the US have done to keep Mubarak in power? Force would have just got Americans killed and the result would have been the same or worse. Regardless who was the president, Americans could not have changed the election results and now the US has NO OPTIONS to effect, let alone "control," what happens in Egypt. You may not like the results, but you just have to live with them because you have ZERO ability to change them. You can rant all you want about Obama, but you have no viable alternatives. US should care for critical interests. Give full and absolute support for Israel with safe borders, including supporting full Israeli sovereignty over Judea, Samaria and Golan. Declare PLO/Fatah as illegitimate organization that represents no one, and that a solution for the "Palestinian refugee" problem must be found in the Arab countries of residence. Reestablish the South Lebanon security zone under American protection as a safe refuge for minorities, especially Christians. Defund NGOs, UN organizations and Red Cross that provide excess funding to the "palestinians".

Mubarak did not want to go along with what is called the "project for a new american century" Pentagon white papers and program. He was given the choice of going along with these plans or being betrayed and ousted. We know what he chose to do. Middle East instability is a deliberate and planned shadow government agenda.
