1. Israel needs an Egyptian General for Prime Minister

Someone not scared of President Hussein
2. Terror Tunnels?
Amichai ,   Huntsville, AL   (07.07.13)
Why is it that when Egypt destroys the tunnels they're "terror tunnels" used for smuggling arms but when Israel does it they're "smuggling tunnels" used for humanitarian purposes? I'm so tired of the media double standard.

This is the most positive thing to happen in the Mid East in a long time. The Egyptian Army is led by relatively moderate Muslims and Copts who realize that peace and cooperation with Israel is a win/win proposition! I predict that if the Muslim Brotherhood rat pack is contained and hog tied, only good things will occur between Israel and Egypt. If Israel and the Obama States extend a helping hand to the new Egyptian Administration, flowers will bloom in the desert! This is a golden opportunity to develop a Democratic and prosperous Egypt...something the Egyptian people and the West will most certainly benefit from.

5. Only 40 tunnels destroyed?
Harry Wright ,   UK   (07.07.13)
That is drop in the ocean. There are hundreds of tunnels making up an underground city there. They are not called tunnel rats for nothing. I don't know how the border has not caved in yet. Maybe the diggers are engineering graduates of Gaza university.

About time Egypt started acting to stop the two-way flow of weapons and terrorists through the tunnels. But their military also needs to act promptly to control and ensure calm in the Sinai for their own sake and that for the future of Egypt before the situation further worsens.
