Iranian Jew ,   LA   (07.10.13)
everybody's view? I guess that is why we call them fanatics to begin with. What is the need to be Islamic in Egypt? What is benefit of it all? They are mostly Muslim anyway? Why do they need to impose the Sharia law further? if God wanted religion first then he would have created the religion before the man. Religion was created after man.
6. Hey #3, it's spelled coup d'état
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (07.10.13)
But no, it wasn't a coup. The previous administration had proven itself nothing more than a tyranny of the majority Islamists. More people signed petitions demanding Morsi's resignation than voted for him in the first place. As to cutting off aid, it should have been suspended under Morsi, given how tyrannical his leadership had become. But what Egypt needs now is not more tanks and jets but rather wheat and diesel fuel.
