The way Israel and the US are huffing and puffing about the Iranian nuclear program for the last two years reminds me of the prelude used before invading Iraq, namely: weapons of mass destruction that were never found. The Iranians would need decades to develop nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles to carry them. It is a primitive country that does not have the means of accomplishing such high tech projects. I have been to Iran on some occasions and when I looked around, I saw the typical Islamic country such as Egypt which is still far behind the civilized and developed world and where most people still go to bed hungry. The real issue is the Iranian oil and this is what the US wants just as what they achieved in Iraq.

.... the same Pentagon that predicted the rapid demise of North Korea in 1950? The same Pentagon that predicted victory in Vietnam? The same Pentagon that confidently predicted total victory in Somalia? Afghanistan? Iraq? Right. The Pentagon are a modern-day Keystone Kops. They couldn't find their nether orifices with two hands and a flashlight.
