I honestly don't see why we give these people any money at all. These are the people who are constantly calling everyone else sinners and violators of sacred laws while their leaders are arrested for corruption and they assault the people that protect them. This neighborhood in particular needs to stop receiving the things the rest of us pay taxes for. If they don't want to do their duty and if they don't want to respect those that do their duty to this country, they shouldn't receive the fruits of our labors. If they really were devoted to the torah they would know how to act towards their brothers. Even if they do not acknowledge the rest of us as brothers, you still need to treat others with respect.
