How can the US stop Hesbolla getting involved? How can they put a buffer zone between two countries, neither of which want the buffer zone, and neither of which want the US? And why are these people asking the USA instead of the Arab states? I understand they're desperate, but would they help the USA stop Iran going nuclear?

Kerry should have responded to the question with: People don't really care about your situation because in the middle east people only care about Jews attacking Arabs. When it is Arabs attacking Arabs, people just shrug and turn away. So basically you're screwed.

The question should be why are you asking infidels for help? How about asking your Muslim brothers or Allah? What's so bad about infidels when you always seem to think they are the only ones that can or will help you? That says a lot about Muslims. One thing they have is a lot of nerve.

As fighting starts in one Arab country, time to pack up some stuff and move to another Arab country. The Saudis, Turks, and Qataris have not being doing enough. They wanted this civil war. Now that there are refugees, they do not care, and expect them to be taken into the West. Maybe that is their way of changing the demographics in Europe and the US.
