The West and leftist peaceniks would prefer pretending that peace is just a matter of Israel withdrawing to the 1967 borders. They stick their fingers in their ears when Palestinians and their supporters also demand a massive Palestinian immigration into Israel proper. They don't want reality to get in the way of their dreams. There won't be any peace that way.
