1. Questions for the upcoming referendum
Avi Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (07.22.13)
A) I agree to relinquish all territories captured in the Six Day War. B) I agree to the boundaries defined in the UN partition plan of 1947. C) I agree to have my democratically elected government choose what are the best security options regarding any future borders and final settlements with the Palestinians. D) I agree to have the democratically elected governments of the EU and the US decide what are the best security options regarding any future borders and final settlements with the Palestinians. E) All of the above.
2. The same in Israel
Gilda Cohen ,   Rome   (07.22.13)
Most Israelis want peace. As also the Palestinians. Leaders cannot pretend to talk on behalf of them. Once an agreement is reached, let the people speak. Vox Poppoli will legitimate the peace settlement achieved at the negotiations table.
3. are you serious?
Sam Sweiry ,   Eastbourne UK   (07.22.13)
removing all jews from palestinians land - what land? - I am going back to sleep - turn off the light
4. Removal of Arabs from Israel
Joan ,   New Zealand   (07.22.13)
If Abbas wants all Israelis removed from so called Palestinian land then surely all Arabs should be removed from Israel. Why is this not fair?.
5. #3
George ,   Antwerp   (07.22.13)
Sam you're so funny. And right. There's nothing to talk about...
6. Presumably , Abbas, you told that to
DT ,   TAIsrael   (07.22.13)
Kerry and he agreed, of course to save his face !
7. it is unraveling before it has started
CJK   (07.22.13)
8. Is it logical?
Rafi ,   Merkaz, Israel   (07.22.13)
To demand that all Israelis be removed from a future Palestinian state while at the same time demanding that Palestinians be allowed to "return" to Israel proper?
9. Nothing left to discuss
Israeli grandma   (07.22.13)
After all the media hype in the last few days, we are back to the same old, same old from our Arab foes. Mr Kerry, go home and comfort your ailing wife, a far better use of your time!
10. Abbas hutzpah
LR ,   Afula, Israel   (07.22.13)
Incredible hutzpah coming from a man who represents "Palestinians", a bunch of refugees from surrounding Arab countries who 1. Have no collective history as a people 2. Have never had Sovereignty over anything 3. Are nothing more than an exploited spearhead for Islamic dominance over anything non-Islamic 4. Are doomed to failure as their very existence is based upon lies.
11. Palestinian Definition of "Our Land"
Bill Foonman ,   Jacksonville USA   (07.22.13)
The Palestinians do not wish to see a Jewish state of Israel as their neighbour. In fact, if they had their way Israel would cease to exist altogether in favour of one Arab state of Palestine covering all the land Israel sits upon. This is confirmed on the websites of Fatah, PLO and Hamas, all of which show a single state of Palestine in green, covering the entire State of Israel.
12. Proposals for Peace
Son Of Cyrus ,   UK   (07.22.13)
Israel, Israelis and The Jewish Nation as a whole be warned: The outcome of all such talks will be to get half of Jerusalem First by so called agreement, (DECEPTION) then wipe out Israel and Jewish culture and heritage. Be prepared to defend by any and all means. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
13. We should remove you Mr. Abbas ...
E. ,   Jerusalem   (07.22.13)
... and all your arab terrorist friends permanently from our JEWISH land!
14. We Want Peace. They Want Us Evicted.
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (07.22.13)
We would be willing to live peacefully in coexistence here. They are only interested in throwing us into the sea. Have we not heard this language from the Arabs before? Have they not matured? What chance peace with people like this?
15. What Lands?
emanon ,   USA   (07.22.13)
When was there ever a sovereign nation with that name? What were the alleged borders? What nation(s) did they trade with? The only references I find are the the British Empire. Does Abbas want to return to the British rule?
16. No Jews in Palestine - Judenrein again!
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (07.22.13)
Jew Free Palestine must result in Palestinian Free Israel. Arab Israelis must choose: Israeli Citizens or Palestinian Citizens and leave Israel for Palestine! No Palestinian workers in Israel! Also, as Abbas, Palestine will be based on Antisemitism, can it be admitted to the UN? Maybe the EU will give the "National Islamic Republic of Jew Free Palestine" membership.
17. Provisional government of Zion
(07.22.13)
There may be two nation states in accordance with Scripture for Esau and Jacob but still under a greater influence which is the name of Zion. Not all prophesy in Tenauch/ Old Testament was fulfilled and this would fall right in line with the entity of Zion in Isaiah Chapter 2. The replacement of Moses would be of the tribe of Levi (with patrimony), stranger, Son of Man, Son of David, offspring of David, root and branch of Jesse, the Apostle. In the Islamic Quran, it's stated, "all the Jews and Christians have to stand for are the laws and gospels of their Lord". With Judaism and Christianity, a tie can still be made. As far as Issa (Arabic for Jesus), even a forerunner, he died on the cross, the one to follow for the rest hadn't lived. Now, we got another runner.
18. Uh oh ! Here we go again - peace plan stinks b4 beginning
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (07.22.13)
19. "Palestinian land" - what does he mean?
jrebecca ,   modiin   (07.22.13)
They;ve never owned or presided over any land but they are claiming all the land from the Jordan to the sea.
20. ABBAS ; Jordan is Judenrein;
Norbus ,   JERUSALEM   (07.22.13)
Think how much trouble you would save going there. Jordan , in 1920 was part of the land league of Nations dedicated to the Jewish National home. So, If you take your people and go, you will be occupying Israeli Land
21. We should agree to remove all Jews from Historical Palestine
Miche Norman ,   Hod Hasharon   (07.22.13)
Well since it never existed then we cannot be living there
22. Mission Accomplished
Kerwood Derby ,   Frostbite Falls, MN   (07.22.13)
Define Balestinian? The genocidal, mass-murdering, extortionists from the Atlantic, through the Maghreb, Mitzrayim, eretz Yisroel (including the EASTBANK), the Levant, Hauran and Bavel should instead of usurping other's land, embrace their self-identity and in the interest of PEACE and coexistence, enforce their right of return back to the homicidal, Hamite peninsular homeland of their own name.
23. @10... "hutzpah"?
mkan ,   Amman, Jordan   (07.22.13)
this is funny, you can replace "abbas" with "netanyahoo" and "palestinian" with "israeli," and "islamic" or "arabic" with "european" and your comment would make perfect sense.
24. recall bibi elections
marcel   (07.22.13)
prior to the last election, bibi was well placed and esteemed by more than half of the population. So what does he do? Joins with liberman's party, waffles and they both lose over 12 seats. now with the status quo managed and with no long term solution as decribed by liberman, he brings aboard a pacifist like livni in charge ofpeace negotiations, knowing she is a scared rabbit. Then he weakens before obama and keyy, after egypt told obama to go to hell for interfering in the first place.Bibi in his insecure mind, calculations concesiosn, hold your ground. he agrees to peace talks, concessions on prisoners, maybe on 67 borders etc etc and would rely on some outside guarantees of jordan traffic. Bibi cannot take the pressure and is unfit to be PM,much as olmert, peres, barak were unfit. In fact, the whole nation of israel has produced lousy pms except for a few, jsut lousy. and bibi given his size and experience is just pathetic. abbas and the rest of them want israel out of the middle east period as he told the jordan news. This is who bibi wants to negotiate with. What a dumbbell! If you add it all up with haretz and the other parties suing for a peres peace, israel while having historical claims does not deserve its own country. Watch the rockets fly after the next withdrawal and then peres can ask..' why did they fire rocketsat us after we withdrew?!
25. ''palestine'' doesn' t exist ! this land is the jewish !
(07.22.13)
it is the BIBLICAL JEWISH LAND
26. Does that mean Arab Israelis?
PaulD ,   Jerusalem   (07.22.13)
Probably not. Abbas and the PA being Islamic racists conveniently use Israeli for Jew. Everybody knows what they mean. It's in to be a Jew-hater, in fact, the more a Jew-Hater you are, the more honor you can expect from all the 'enlightened' degenerates.
27. There is little doubt, the Israeli public, by and large...
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (07.22.13)
...will endorse Rabin's Contour-for-Peace program as he presented it during his speech at the Knesset on 5 Oct. 1995: 1. Jerusalem will remain united under Israel's sovereignty and will also include the suburbs of Giv'at Zeev and Ma'aleh Adumim. 2. All major Jewish settlement blocs - including Gush Qatif in Gaza.. - will be incorporated into sovereign Israel. 3. The Jordan Valley ought to be viewed in the widest meaning of the term, and it too will remain under Israel's rule. 4. The future Palestinian Arab state will not be a regular state in that it will be totally demilitarized, its airspace will be fully controlled by Israel, as will its boundaries and all border passes: land, sea and air. And, I would add my own fifth point: No Jew will be expelled from her/his home, village or town anywhere between the Jordan River and the Med. Sea, only because he/she is Jewish. Enough with the "cleansing" of the Jewish people's ancestral homeland of its Jews, enough! Surely, we too ought to endorse Rabin's expectation for an accommodation of peaceful coexistence between Arab and Jew, shouldn't we?
28. Seriously
Cyril   (07.22.13)
These Palestinians are jokers never peace seekers - we better build and let them leave the land of Israel voluntarily. Period!!
29. There's a precedent to Abbas's arrogant demands.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (07.22.13)
What few know is that, even as Jews were returning to the region of "Palestine" while it was still held by the Ottomans, Jews purchased a few parcels of land *east* of the Jordan and built settlements there. After the Hashemites lost their battles with the Al Saud tribe, the British carved a territory out of greater Palestine, creating the Hashemite Kingdom of the Transjordan. One of the first things the Hashemites did was kick those Jewish "settlers" out and seize their land. No compensation was paid of course.
30. Call Amman East Jerusalem if u want but Jordan is Palestine
Larry ,   Or Yehuda   (07.22.13)
