The two largest Arab organizations, Hamas and PLO are constitutionally dedicated to rejecting this solution (see Article 11 of Hamas Charter and article 1 and 2 of PLO Charter)

Actually, the idea of a "demilitarized Palestinian state" insults the intelligence of mammals much lower than humans. The P.A. is highly militarized right now.
