It's not a matter of generalizations. The only previous time a security guard shot an Israeli civilian, the guard was a Druz and the motive was nationalistic. In addition, I had a few incidents with Druz security guard which made a bad impression on me. In the first one, Druz security guards in the western wall told me that the Jewish quarter in the old city has always been an Arab area. In the second I hears 2 Druz security guard in one governmental office make racial remarks about a religious Israeli who entered the building.

there are at 6 other cases of guards shooting at civilians Only one of those cases involved a Druze. What I want investigated is the security company...for the record both the Druze and this Jew were hired by the SAME COMPANY! This is a problem...there seems to be an issue with hiring people who are NOT mentally stable.

This is not true, we made Aliyah and are Jewish and we also had to bring this document And prove we have no criminal record. It was a logistical nightmare actually but we did it.
