Prayers for the injured. All acts of violence in the Holy City must be rejected.
2. Bibi and "peace talks"
eddie ,   London UK   (07.25.13)
Bibi knows that any time concessions are made to the Palis, terror increases. yet, as a weak leader, he gives in to pressure, and now touts the same 2 state solution he attacked when Rabin was in power.
3. What we allow,will continue.
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (07.25.13)

7. #4, Haifa is quiet
Jake   (07.25.13)
Except when it is being targeted by Hamas and Hizbullah terrorists, and when Arab students at Haifa University are rallying against Israel, in support of Hamas. Not to mention those two off-duty IDF soldiers who were almost lynched by an Arab gang of thugs. Do you think we were born yesterday??
8. Go ahead release more killers for "Peace"
Al   (07.25.13)
you are a bunch of fools.
9. I don't recall any such behavior back in the 1970s
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (07.25.13)
I spent time in the early and mid-1970s in Israel, and don't recall any such public attacks on Israelis, and certainly not in Jerusalem. Why not, and why today? I was first in Israel in 1970, just a few years after the Six Day War, when Israel positively, and unashamedly, defeated her enemies. Even after being attacked in 1973 and suffering losses, Israel emerged triumphant. Then there was Entebbe in 1976. The lesson was then, "Don't mess with us." There was no tolerance for attacks on Jews, no appeasement, and no "free passes". Today, Israel fears acting, afraid of everyone from Euro-funded NGOs and Haaretz writers to the fools manning the State Department and, of course, the US President who leaves one foreign mess after another in his wake. Only recently, Israel went defensive over the video of an IDF soldier escorting a kid and his parents to a PA police station because the kid was throwing rocks. That's how sensitive they've become to criticism. Stop proclaiming "We want peace", seen as weakness and pleading in the region, and start reminding the world "We have rights and interests too, and we intend to defend them."
10. now im furious, these settler thugs need
Queers for Palestine ,   San Francisco, CA   (07.25.13)
to be tried, convicted and locked up forever. if israel considers little baby rockets to be a terrorist attack, then settlers throwing stones is a terrorist attack, probably worse since a palestinian child was hurt. i am so angry right now my blood is boiling. and im guessing these terrorists were released. i couldnt even read past the title i had to respond because between this and price tags act (which arent as severe as stone attacks, but the reason i consider price tag really really bad is because it leads to these attacks). when is the world going to see israel for what they are? i hope the child survives and can live to tell the story of this terror brought to them. this is even more reasoning as to why they need their own state, how can you live amongst animals like these. shame on israel, shame on the settlers! ill remember this for when payback happens to you and it will be justified!!!!!! justice for trayvon! free dzokar tsarnaev! destroy israel, reserect palestine!!!!!!
11. YNET please start using DISQUS
Queers for Palestine ,   San Francisco, CA   (07.25.13)
it would make life easier knowing you wouldnt have to retype posts 3 or 4 times until its approved. i dont use profanity and any website that allows free speech should use it since it would make it easier to post. anyways any talkbacks that are racist, vulgar or anything can be flagged immediatly so its a win win. this site is much better then haaretz and jpost but people usually tend to use those sites more because its easier to post and youre guranteed it will be seen rather then it taking forever for the moderator to inspect your post which can take hours sometimes. if ynet uses discus many more people would post here, and i would be able to challenge pro israel posters intelect with my own. thanks
12. foolish government
heshy ,   brooklyn ny   (07.25.13)
As an american chareidi Jew I could solve the israeli problem in no time. First you need cameras in all possible public places that have the possibility of potential attacks. Second you could solve all the land problems by stopping to build tall buildings for housing and instead give every israeli Jew a plot of land on condition they build a one or two family home. You can overnight move a half million israeli, american or British chareidim. Once you got a million Jews living beyond the green line no foreign country will make you move. We also must encourage chareidim to have more kids and marry at 16. You have to use smart tactics and you can succeed. But you need to make use of the Torah and not follow the ways of the losing european and western countries that are falling apart because they support gay marriage and abortions on demand. If jews would be jews we would succeed. Gut shabbos.
13. Stone Throwing should be treated firing a gun.

16. No 11 - "intellect" is spelled with a double "l".
John ,   T-A   (07.25.13)
Thought this might help your "intelect".
17. To Queers, #11
ASTRONAUT ,   SC, USA   (07.25.13)
Proper grammar, sound sentence structure, and correct spelling (ex: "immediately" and "intellect) might help your posts come through. Until such time, keep trolling your leftist agenda on Ha'aretz.
18. Queers for Palestine are you serious?
SNS   (07.25.13)
I actually can't tell if you are being serious or not. The ones throwing the stones and endangering lives were Arabs. The ones who were injured were Jews. Did you not understand that?
19. #10, The stone throwers were ARAB
Jake   (07.25.13)
As reported earlier today on this site: "Ten people were lightly injured, while some suffer anxiety attacks, due to stones thrown by Arabs at a bus in the vicinity of Damascus Gate in Jerusalem's Old City. " http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4409787,00.html Incidentally, just how long do you think you would last as a queer in "Palestine"?
20. The stone-throwers were Latvian? Italian? Generic "youths"?
Scott ,   USA   (07.25.13)
Stupid PC story.
21. To: #20
That's Odd ,   Ohio, USA   (07.26.13)
That's odd, why didn't YNET mention that in the second - later - story? I believe that YNET has a responsibility to identify the religious affiliation of both the stone throwers and the stone recipients. That's all the information TB’ers need formulate their opinions.
