A right of return to a limited amount of Palestinians with humanitarian needs. 2. A strong Palestinian arab minority inside Israel with equal rights guaranteed by the US and EU. 3. Working permits for non Israeli Palestinians in Israel. 4. A right of free passage and transport without delays between the west bank and Gaza.
