as much as we were forced by the Obama administration to accept sitting at a table with some representatives of the Palestinian people and just for that we have to show our good intentions by freeing 100 terrorists ( that by the way i would ask if the Obama administration would be willing to set free the ones he has in Guantanamo when the US forces will leave Afganistan?) Israel should ask a commitment and agreement by all Palestinian groups that whatever comes from those talks would be accepted by all.

The position of the PFLP is no different to Hamas's position.Neither accepts that Abbas has a popular mandate to negotiate on behalf of the 'Palestinian' Arabs...and indeed they're right.PA and presidential elections are long overdue and Abbas and the PA are now simply self-appointed rulers. That's what makes these negotiations so pointless and dangerous.A future PA can simply say that any agreement made with Israel is illegitimate because Abbas and his cronies had no mandate and renege on it while still holding onto the gains. There should be no negotiations until after PA and presidential elections so that Israel's government can be sure that it's negotiating with people who have a popular mandate. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
