Israeli women should carry a small canister of mace on their key rings and blast anyone who assaults or accosts them. I would imagine that after a half dozen or so well publicized incidents, where these primitive ogres who defile the Torah with their madness are left gasping in their own snot, they will perhaps learn to keep their bodily fluids to themselves.

I live in Ashdod and I know exactly which area it is. It is near the construction of new police station with Matnas & Tzaharon. It is a new area of Ashdod with 99% seculars and that also with 90% of it coming from soviet Russia. The one who game them land there is idiot and do not wish good for any side of it. On top of that, even if it would have been haredim area, who game them right to spit on another person? This is a crime. Start putting them in jail for more than 5 years of time and see the difference in them. Eat on seculars money, don't pay any taxes, don't pay area taxes but ready to spit on them at the first unprovoked occasion. They should be labeled terrorist.
