Israel should ask the World Court or the UN SC to make Jodan and Egypt accept their responsibilities and negotitate secure and recognized borders between them, the land inbetween can be administerd by the local inhabitants but they cannot be a sovergn State as those lands belong to Jordan and Egypt respectively..

In any peace deal what is essential is reconciliation between the parties. What makes Mandela so great is that he monumentally touted this mantra. Here not only does this word or concept not arise regarding talks between Israelis and Palestinians but only between Fatah and Hamas and even that reconciliation appears to be Mission Impossible.
