Why must peace talks with the Palestinians always begin with prisoners being released? Why?

Daniel in Scriptures spoke of that will lead to the deaths of 2/3 of Israelis. This next land for peace deal is going to be the biggest mistake the Israelis have made is my guess. The Psalm 83 war is near and then WWIII. Pray for peace in Jerusalem so there will be peace in the world. If all of Jerusalim is given to the Jews and the Muslims leave, that is a chance for peace, not sharing the Temple Mount. Tear down the Mosques in Jerusalem and rebuild the Third Temple is my advice since God is not a liar and He gave that land to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob NOT Ishmael or Esau or evn Keturah's orther sons and descendants.
