The partially live vaccine does in fact spread polio!!!! Parents- keep your kids away from newly vaccinated children for at least a month. The virus has an incubation period from 1 to 3 weeks and then begins to shed through feces. Something tells me that by October we'll see a real outbreak of polio resulting from this campaign.
