As for Pontius Pilatus there is no concrete evidence of his serving as Governor or Prefect, indeed little is known about him other than the village in Italy in which there indeed resided a family by that name. All the stories and folklore and Gospels were written 140-160 years after the "event". Nazareth was a small one horse village of no significance at the time of the "event".When it comes to religion fabrications are the forte of Man's fabulous mind.

This would be a mockery of a trail. First of all, this is a trial against the Jews, not against Israel. As it happened during the time of another governmental body, the state of Israel is not responsible. The only other way to do it is blaming Jews as a whole. The governing body at the time were the Romans, so in the end it was their responsibility. So what I would like to see is for someone to sue the Romans for killing Jesus and then a hundred years later putting the blame on the Jews for a punishiment they did. Next, the arresting officials, even if they were Jews were in the service of the Roman authorities, so due to agent relationships, the blame would still go to the Roman government. Next, the charges. If the charges were blasphemy, they weren't charges from the Jewish people because they were a monotheistic people and the governing authority was a polytheistic one. The Romans would arrest Jews for blasphemy for saying they worship one god. So they would definitely arrest someone for claiming he was the son of the one god. Furthermore, the death of Jesus was not by crucifixion, it was from a ROMAN spear. So again... not our fault. More so, in this time there was no rules about interrogations or confessions. Finally... If Jesus was the Christian messiah, he came to earth specifically to die for the sins of mankind. Therefore, he was going to die by someone else's hand becuase suicide is a mortal sin. So the best charge you can give to whoever you end up charging with a crime is assited suicide, or maybe conspiracy to commit murder.

Instead, he eliminated King Jehoiakim, King Jeconiah’s father. Apparently, Matthew was confused by the similarity of their names and eliminated the wrong king by mistake. Luke’s genealogy from David to Jesus is 15 generations longer than Matthew’s genealogy from David to Jesus. This undermines the Christian claim that the Gospels are the “word of G-d”, because G-d certainly knows the genealogy of King David. Some Christians attempt to solve this fatal problem by claiming that Luke’s genealogy is actually that of Mary, although Mary is not even mentioned in Luke’s genealogy. Further, this claim is rendered meaningless by the fact that Jewish law only recognizes tribal affiliation through the father. Even ‘if’ one could consider the genealogy of the mother, if one assumes that a generation is at least 20 years, this means that Joseph was at least 300 years older than his wife (15 extra generations X 20 years per generation = a 300 year difference in their ages. Habeas Corpus has nothing whatsoever to do with "no body,no case". The "no body,no case" concept was, I repeat was, part of English Common Law from 1660 to 1954 in which year it was abolished. Habeas Corpus is a writ issued by a judge instructing that a detained person be brought before a court in order to determine the legality of his detainment and if necessary extend it. It is essentially a demand of the judge saying, Habeas, can I have and Corpus, the body. In plain English, Please bring the detained person physical before me.
