1. Shocked the numbers are so low!
Roni ,   Israel   (08.06.13)
Only 50%???? The Palestians do not want peace- 99% of Israelis should know this by now.
2. Deal only about releasing terrorists
David ,   Shiloh Israel   (08.06.13)
I would truly welcome a genuine peace accord with local Arabs, and think that it could be achievable. However, let's not fool ourselves this current debacle has absolutely nothing to do with peace negotiations. It has everything to do with making Obama and Kerry looking good, Bibi seeming to be universally acceptable and the PA maintaining regular funding from the west. However, the real winner is the PA, even without the talks going anywhere. Regardless of this charade, these sick world leaders are contributing towards the freedom oif terrorism. That in itself would be disgusting enough, if it were not for adding further insult by declaring this ploy to be in the name of peace!
3. B.S. exposed ,...
split ,   US   (08.06.13)
Add to it the latest allocations to new settlements and you got the picture. Why all this crap about back to the table and peace negotiations and how long do you think you can fool the rest of the world ? ,...

7. reality
John ,   Netherlands   (08.06.13)
If this is what Israelis want, then lets be realistic: stop negotiatians, stop telling that Israel wants a 2-state solution, go for a greater Israel with millions of Palestians who will become Israeli citizens, who vote, who want the same benefits, who will serve in the army etc. And in 20 years the Jews are again a minority in an Arabic Israel. Well, if that is what people wish, why not!!! Be happy and enjoy it.
8. Impossible !!!
NATAN ,   ISRAEL   (08.06.13)
9. Call me Pesimist
Sam Sweiry ,   Eastbourne UK   (08.06.13)
Yes count me with those who see no hope in talking Peace - Palestinians not intersted in Peace - they are happy to get all the hand out they can get and - the world are willing to support them financialy before the world can barely feed there own people
10. Peace... Israeli style
Joe Asfour ,   Burke,VA   (08.06.13)
For years I was among the few in the Middle East to believe that peace would be possible ... one day. However, after having witnessed successive governments since the murder of Isaac Rabin assume and encourage extremist views, I have finally come to realize I was a fool to believe in Israeli objectives. So people of Israel do not want peace? So be it. Then welcome to misery and tragedy for all.
11. Demilitirization is the Key
Zechariah   (08.06.13)
The Arab people's have to live in peace with their Jewish neighbours and end Holocaust Denial and Hatred of Jews in their Education system.A Demilitirized Autonomy is then possible with Islamic Israel joining including Bedoin in Shale oil rich areas but the revenue for Health agriculture and Non military business.Jews will need security Defense shield in the Jordan Valley and most of area C ought have Jewish US NATO and Jordanian Troops with Jewish. Returnees and anti Jihadi antiFatah Ba'ath Peace Loving Arabs. The Holy land needs Massive Jewish Led Defense ans Deterrant Capacity for Eternity.
12. The old cliche about Israelis wanting peace
yawn ,   world   (08.06.13)
13. #10 What peace do Palestinians want?
Sam ,   Canada   (08.07.13)
Israel supports a peace that leads to Palestinian and Jewish majority states, the details to be negotiated. I find it laughable when pro-Palestinians say Israel doesn't want peace. What on earth peace do Palestinians want?
14. no preconditons for peace except peace
Dov ,   USA   (08.07.13)
Forget what each side wants and make peace as things are. Then negotiate. The magic for the Palestinians is erasing all history after 1948 or they will settle for 1967. NO WAY.
15. These new talks will either
Stephan ,   Munich, Germany   (08.07.13)
end the conflict or bring a huge improvement on the way to peace. It won't be possible any more for the radicals on both sides to keep this conflict alive. Peace will come and nobody can hinder that.
16. Lost hope...
(08.07.13)
Peace from governments is long gone, and why should it come from them anyways? , the people should make it happen with an understanding and respecting one anothers perespectives and views.
17. 10 Welcome to misery and tragedy for all.
Norbus ,   Jerusalem   (08.07.13)
Asfour Peace for you is Israeli surrender, for Arabs do not want peace
18. @ nr6
mindRider ,   The Free World   (08.07.13)
No it's not"hate speech" the 45% who do like Israel can stay the 55% who want to be fifth column (NSB) should move to the society THEY love.
19. Like Israelis, all palastinians need to by into this...
Brett L ,   JHB South Africa   (08.07.13)
That means gaza and WB. That would be my condition and there is no way in hell that the gazan emperors would for one second be able to accept any deal. But in the end, even with the support of the Israeli arabs, Israel will be blamed!!
20. the "palestinians" have refused every
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (08.07.13)
proposition for a solution . When Ehud Barak proposed to GIVE them 98 % of Judea Samaria in 2000 , their answer was : INTIFADA . After the signing of the Oslo accords , more attacks and suicide bombers than before 1993 . When we left gaza , as a sign we wanted peace , we received rockets as thank you . Why didn't they ask a "state" when Judea Samaria and Yeroushalaim were illegally occupied by Jordan from 1948 to 1967 ? Why should we , the winners of ALL our defensive wars , have to be the only to make concessions ?
