Its great they want to serve but there is to much romance surrounding combat units. Without the people who don't carry guns and work behind the scenes the combat soldiers would not be able to go into combat and thats something people should remember when the look at the glamor of serving on the front lines and. Same with the airforce, everybody wants to fly a fighter jet but pilots are also needed for the less romantic roles like big ugly slow transport planes or even not being a pilot at all but having other roles to play on the ground.
