Africa is a huge country, and you're saying they're all rapists?? When immigration is handled as poorly as Israel is handling it of course there will be crimes, it doesn't mean it's inherent to the immigrants.

If it was an African of any kind, it would have said so in the article. Additionally if it was an Arab, the article would have stated it was an Arab. Because nothing was said you can be sure that it wasn't an African or an Arab.
