Israeli versus Arab? What Arab country is being discussed? Re schooling, Israel is both Jewish and Arab and even Christian. If one means Arab schools in Israel then thus it should be stated. Jewish schools, Arab schools, government schools, other non-government schools, religious schools, non-religious schools... STATE what you mean!

11.6 kids per teacher in the Jewish sector? No way. My kids' first grade classes had 37 and 41 students to one teacher. The teacher with 41 students begged us parents to take turns coming in to help. They probably count the phys ed and other teachers who give classes, but these teachers don't get 11.6 kids, they get the whole class. I can't take these "statistics" seriously.
4. the teachers may b educated the students r'n't benefiting!
