In the 1990's the Norwegians had a high employment rate and presumed it would continue. Since then immigration has boomed but the new Norwegians are there for the asking and taking .... not for the giving. No matter how much money is in the fund it needs to be topped up because it is always meting out monies. Employment figures are down and getting worse and the social net is getting wider but thinner.
